Aggregate Rip Rap 4-8" is a large dark and angular crushed rock. Rip-rap is often used as a base layer for a heavy-duty driveway that provides good drainage and stability over muddy or saturated soils. If you are trying to stabilize wet soils we also recommend you lay geotextile fabric down to keep these larger spalls from sinking too deep into the mud.
